EUCRAB — European Compliance & Regulation Advisory Board, operated in coordination with Agentize.eu, processes personal data in line with the GDPR and applicable EU member state law.
What we process
Account identifiers (business email), optional organisation profile fields, compliance assessments, chat transcripts required to deliver the service, operational logs for security, and case data entered into the whistleblower and DSAR modules where you use them.
Purposes and legal bases
Service delivery and support (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps at your request), security and abuse prevention (legitimate interests), and legal obligations where applicable (for example supervisory cooperation on regulated channels).
Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for the compliance workspace, statutory retention, or defence of legal claims. Technical backups are rotated according to infrastructure policy.
Your rights
