Terms of use

Last updated: 11 May 2026

Nature of the service

EUCRAB provides software-assisted compliance workflows, documentation templates, and informational content. It does not provide regulated legal services; outputs require human review before reliance in filings or court.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or overload infrastructure. Investigators and administrators must use privileged access solely for authorised case handling.

Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance will be communicated where feasible. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. For business users, the agreement is governed by the laws of the EU member state where EUCRAB is established, without prejudice to jurisdiction rules.
